Firstly, I’d just like to make an important point – NOBODY is perfect.
Now we’ve got that out the way, let me get down to a little confession, lol.
If we’re connected on social media you’ll have seen it was The BodyMax Network’s (my fitness classes) annual Summer BBQ on Saturday.
Ooooft – WHAT a party!!
I’ll put it out there, our social events are in a league of their own.
Anyway.
Party over – cue hangover day!!
OMG.
If there was a prize for eating for Scotland yesterday – it would be mine, lol.
After the food from the day before, Yaegermeister, Tequila Rose, homemade watermelon cocktails and voddies.
I was now into left over BBQ food, chocolate truffles, chocolate biscuits, fibre one bars, pizza and balls deep in Squashies.
Aaaaand THIS is why I can count on one hand the number of times I party hard in a year!
Yuuup, I fell off the wagon BIG styley.
Fast forward to today and it’s safe to say, I’m ehhh…
Feeling a little ‘fluffier’ around the edges.
However.
If you’re in the same boat as me.
We now have 2 choices:
1. Feel guilty and beat ourselves up about it.
2. Pick our fluffy pants up, get back on track today and move forward.
Choose No.1 and you’re doing it wrong!
Don’t stress over the things you can’t change.
It WASTES precious time and happiness.
The world doesn’t end when you fall off the wagon.
But what IS important, is getting back on it at the first opportunity.
Which brings us to No.2.
So…
