Ninja kick that negative talk to the curb and start expanding your POSITIVE vocabulary.

2. Setting the bar too low/high
Make goals achievable….
Bar too LOW = It’s not going to feel challenging and likely you’ll lose interest.
Bar too HIGH = it’s likely you’ll become de-motivated with unachieving, feel disappointed with yourself and give up.
TIP:
CREATE a sense of achievement.
Make that bar challenging but achievable!
3. Comparing Yourself To Others
Guess what…
People have different bodies shapes as well as different genetics and comparing yourself to anyone else especially those people in magazines is only ever going to end in disaster.
TIP:
Focus on YOURSELF and all the improvements and progress YOU are making – not your best friend/work colleague or relative.
Avoid these motivational mistakes, follow these simple tips and you’ll soon find yourself on that motivational train and hitting those goals!
