We’re in the last week of April and who would of thought we’d have FOUR seasons in ONE day?!
There may be snow outside AND it’s Monday but all the MORE reason to inject some motivation into ourselves.
If our goals got put on hold because of the weather, we would NEVER achieve them.
With April ending and May beginning..

Investing in yourself for ANY kind of personal development is crucial to being the best you can possibly be, cause let’s face it…
Who wants to settle for average?!
On Saturday I attended a Fitness Summit which wasn’t cheap, began at 8.30am, didn’t finish till 5pm and involved me having to cancel my Saturday clients and Tough Mudder training run.
Those who are happy to remain the same would simply NOT attend this Summit.
Those who GRAB every opportunity to further their knowledge and development, who are HUNGRY for success and want to be the BEST they possibly can possibly be would book their ticket within seconds.
Which type of person are YOU?
I know which one I am and have to say the 6 fitness industry expert speakers made sure EVERY minute was worthwhile.
Whether it’s reading books, magazines, watching videos/webinars, attending events or asking professionals.
Getting help and as much info as possible with your workouts, diet & nutrition, mindset, stress / time management, etc to help YOU be your best is sooo important…
KNOWLEDGE is POWER my friend!
Want to be successful? – keep learning.
So YOUR challenge today is to learn something NEW, however big or small that’s going to take you closer to your goal.
Be that person who REFUSES to settle for average!
You deserve to be be the FITTEST, HEALTHIEST & HAPPIEST you’ve ever been so let’s start MAKING that happen.
