PAYMENT
First payment will be taken upon subscribing to The MAX Experience, recurring payments will then be taken on the same date of every month.
All payments are processed via PayPal, with the monthly charges being controlled on a subscription basis. Monthly payments will be taken out of your account on or around the date that you first signed up for the MAX Experience.
Lee Donald Personal Training reserves the right to change any costs at any time associated with The MAX Experience but not without reasonable notification of one calendar month.
CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your MAX Experience at any time. This can be done by simply clicking on the 'cancel' button found in your MAX Experience account. Upon cancellation all monthly payments will cease. If you cancel within 24hours of your monthly subscription date, Lee Donald Personal Training will not be held liable for any money taken.

Pre and Post Natal Disclaimer:
Should you experience or have any of the following conditions, unfortunately you must stop exercising and seek health care professional’s advise:
Multiple Gestation at risk of premature labour.
Haemodynamically significant heart disease.
Restrictive Lung Disease.
Incompetent Cervix / Cerclage.
Persistant 2nd and 3rd Trimester bleeding.
Placenta Praevia after 26 weeks gestation.
Premature Labour during current Pregnancy.
Ruptured Membranes.
Pregnancy Induced Hypertension.
Significant Physical Injury.
An acute bout of Illness or Chronic underlying Disease.
Potential (although Rare) Risks:
Hypoxia.
Hyperthermia.
Hormonal Stress.
Foetal Growth (with vigourous activity throughout pregnancy).
Trauma (Higher Risk if participating in High Contact Sports).
Strains and Sprains (avoid ballistic exercises)
Hypoglycaemia
Although the benefits of exercising whilst pregnant outweigh the risks, I declare that I have read and fully understand the potential risks, as well as the contraindications to exercising.
I also accept that prior to exercising I have permission to exercise from my health professional prior to carrying out these exercise videos. If post natal, vaginal birth is usually 6 weeks post partum and C-section is 12 weeks post partum.
