Last Friday I was celebrating my business’s 6th year birthday and also happened to have my fitness class Bodymax Burn.

 

As part of the celebrations I decided to make some balls!!

 

– of the healthy, PROTEIN variety.

 

I have to say my balls went down a TREAT and even impressed myself.

 

They’re super QUICK and EASY to make and perfect for a snack at work or to grab ‘on the go’.

 

Here’s the recipe:

 

High Protein, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls.

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

3 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup Oats (any kind)
1/2 cup Cashew Butter
1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

 

1/4 cup of milk (any kind)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

1. Mix all dry ingredients including the vanilla extract together and mix well.

 

2. Add milk slowly until mixture is sticky and able to roll into balls.

(I actually ended up using 1/2 cup of milk).

 

3. Roll spoonfuls of the mixture into balls.

 

Recipes makes 10 balls…apparently.

 

I made 12 so I guess my balls weren’t quite big enough : (

 

I then put them in the fridge so they didn’t melt as the lovely weather last week made it pretty hot in my house but they’re good ‘to go’ as is.
