ONE week today and we’ll be chomping down on Turkey, opening presents, pulling crackers and finally enjoying every moment of the ‘big day’.

 

So I appreciate right now (and always) time is precious!!

Writing cards, making sure Santa hits the gifts on the list, wrapping prezzys, decorating the house, etc it ALL takes time.

 

So here’s a super simple flab fighting festive workout that will FIRE up your fat-burning and leave you feeling AWESOME.

 

All in just 10 minutes!

(if you’ve got time, do it twice).

 

30secs each Exercise (1.5mins) = 1 Round.

15secs Rest.

6 Rounds Total (10mins)

 

Equipment – Nada!

 

 

Beginner / Intermediate:

 

JUMPING JACKS

PLANK (any type)

ON THE SPOT SPRINT

(rest 15 secs)

 

Advanced:

 

STAR JUMPS

MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS (with a knee twist)

HIGH KNEES

(rest 15 secs)
